Kalaia's Garden Birth

Home birth - Mumma Mallika birthed baby Kaliyah on her father's property out in the garden by the strawberry bush with a harmonica sounding through the air and an eagle flying overhead. Mallika was already 3 hours into her labour when I arrived to photograph, capturing the last hour, the first breath and the birth of the placenta.
